Holistic Retreat in Goa with Ally Bogard and Tara Judelle January 25 - February 1, 2017
I have taught retreats all over the world for the last 15 years in a quest to find places that nurture, that are founded on integrity, and that position themselves in cultures that help give density and texture to the experience of self discovery that our yoga asks for. Samata Holistic retreat center, in Arambol, North Goa, is such a place. Founded out of a desire to create a non-profit that helps fund endangered healing herbs in the high Himalayas, Samata has been created by its founders as a haven of medicinal food and permaculture which nourishes and lulls you back into the home of your essential being.
The Ayurvedic and Tibetan medicine healers on staff, the Ayurvedic chefs, the huge mango tree dominating the property, the local sari-clad women who care for the center- all integrate into a perfect cocoon to reset the fullness of your being.
I have also been on the search for my own personal “council of the wise.” The chair of that council for me is the divine Ally Bogard, a wordsmith/shaman/goddess who I am so blessed to co-teach “Dimensional Self” with in Goa. Our aim is to continuously facilitate the remembrance of our vital core-being.
I promise this retreat will be one of a kind – it’s a jewel in my offerings. I invite you to join us.
With infinite love,
