November 10th, 2018- Embodied Flow™ Master Class with Tara Judelle
RECIPROCITY The bridge between our individual self and the interrelatedness to the outer environment. This class looks at creating the three-dimensional container of self in relationship to the environment around to find support within and without. This class will play through arm balances and backbends in flow creating a buoyance and feedback that makes the inner and outer environment remain in constant knowing of one another.
An exploration into the realms of the embodied Self through layers of the body.
Accessing the living vibratory pulse of different frequencies of our physical from we will move into a gradual unfolding of our whole body using guided free movement to unpack the language of the human body.
