COMING HOME

Full moon blessings from the island of Amorgos!  Immersed in the Cycladic splendor, we are mid-way through our third 100 hour module this summer following completion of another round of Body and Mind intensives in Paros, Greece.

Since we began Embodied Flow in 2013, we have refined, culled and curated the material into a journey through layers of embodiment and mind filters that seems to offer a spacious platform for those seeking freedom.   The double header of BODY, which looks at the body maps from multiple systems and opens one up to the felt sense of themselves, as well as MIND which excavates the landscape of our mind, seeking to clarify see our own perceptions, filters and constructs has coalesced into a complete package for transformation.

The most common feedback we have received is that this feels like a path of coming home. This is all we ever really want for students. That in meeting the three-dimensional sense of your body, and unpacking the layers of mind, that we find a view to the clear sense of what we really are. And then do anything with it you want.

These trainings are teacher trainings, but these two modules of our 300 hour module can also suit anyone who is looking to find their inner compass leading back to home base, the authentic ground of your own self which honors your own unlimited nature.

Returning to one of my homes on this earth for the 8th year, I am happy to announce we will unfold these two 100 hour modules in Ubud, Bali at the spacious and  historic Ananda Cottages.  You can participate in one or both 100 hour modules that count towards your 300 hour advanced RYT.

My first Embodied Flow Masterclass in LA in five years will be at Wanderlust this October.

We are also happy to announce Embodied Flow’s Movement Therapy Program also in Bali in December. This program qualifies practitioners to become an ISMETA therapist and will be lead by my partner in Embodied Flow, Dr. Scott Lyons.

Our next 200 hour Embodied Flow Training is in Goa, India at the fabulous center of Samata. With a vision, a commitment, a desire to preserve ancient practices, and a willingness and dedication to share that with the world – I haven’t been so inspired by a mission that is truly on point with yoga as I have been here. All proceeds from this retreat center go to their sustainable farming and dedication to save precious healing herbs in the high himalayas.

In February 2018, Ally Bogard and I return for another Retreat at Samata. This week long journey will focus on internal referencing and mapping our ways into the felt sense of being. Through daily yoga, meditation, breath work and wisdom teachings we will move towards a clearer understanding of the infinite and renewable resources that live inside.
