SOMATIC KUNDALINI

100-Hour Immersion with Tara Judelle

October 3–13, 2026  ·  Ubud, Bali  ·  In person

“The Kundalini Shakti or coiled feminine energy is the vast potential of psychic energy. The body’s most powerful thermal current.” — Ajit Mookerjee

Kundalini is widely known as the sacred energy of the universe, said to be coiled at the base of the spine. Early Hatha yogic practices were designed to wake it up — yet this “esoteric” energy is a real life force that can be awakened gently and gradually.

The 100-hour Somatic Kundalini immersion opens a conversational lab to the wisdom of kundalini in the body. Over ten days we practise through the chakras and enter the discovery of kundalini via the glands, the bones, the fluids and the embryology — coming to know subtle energy through concrete body topography.

What we explore

  • A somatic approach to the body, the glands and kundalini
  • Daily non-dual tantric meditation and sutra study
  • Investigation of the chakras and tantric texts on kundalini
  • Embryological investigation of the main energy centres of awakening
  • Goddess mantras and text study focused on kundalini energy
  • Somatic free movement to court and assimilate kundalini shakti
  • Holding space for yourself and others through kundalini activation
