Practice with Tara Judelle
Use short fluid sequences focusing on the inner "sweet spot" of your upper palate to your pelvic floor, delivering you into the vertical river of your essential self. Using hypnotic music and repetition to find a pocket for flow, explore asanas like revolved triangle, ardha chandrasana, anjaneyasana, and unique headstand transitions. Learn how to navigate your body as a vehicle for consciousness and how to access the intrinsic still-point of your inner landscape. Props: two blocks.
PATHWAYS OF THE UPPER LIMBS
Renew the pathways of connection in your upper limbs as you move through a series of weight bearing poses that allow for greater body awareness. Clarify the connections between the differentiated bones of your upper limbs by focusing on simple arm balances that help create a stronger structure. Build heat with trikonasana and bound side angle before moving on to arm balances and your choice of inversion. Conclude with a backbend, then a brief savasana. Props: a block & a strap.
HEART AS A TOUCHSTONE
When moving from your thinking mind without connecting through your heart energy, you may take actions that are disconnected from the magnetic ground of your heart space. Return to your essence and bring your heart into the foreground with this full-bodied practice. Activate inner warmth with surya namaskara, moving into a fluid and playful backbending sequence that includes crescent lunges and camatkarasana. Feel reconnected to a deep felt sense of your own loving presence.
RESILIENCE IN THE FACE OF NEW CIRCUMSTANCES
Practice a series of strength building postures interspersed with intense flexibility asanas to help create elasticity and buoyancy in your body and mind. Practice parivrtta trikonasana, standing baby cradle and pigeon in a flowing sequence that peaks with hanumanasana, a mermaid variation and engaging core work. Build your capacity to adapt to new circumstances, which can help you move more easily through life's vicissitudes, with this powerful class. Props: two blocks.
A quick full body routine covering standing poses, twists and forward bends ending in a centering exercise to reset your inner body for effervescence. Warm up with sun salutations then hold standing poses with vinyasas to transition. Finish on the mat with a twist and a brief meditation.
INNER & OUTER ATMOSPHERE
Three dimensional awareness of the border of your body creates a spatial and kinesthetic relationship between where your body meets space and where space meets your body. This mindful practice comes from easeful and fluid movement with both integrity and permeability. Use standing asanas, backbends and supine twists as vehicles to facilitate that quality of integrated movement within you to feel the two atmospheres (inner and outer) play together. Conclude with savasana. Props: a block.

EMBODIED FLOW FROM SPANDA
The highest aim of yoga is to know The Self. This video covers the first principle of Embodied Flow: "The Body is a Vehicle for Awakening." Hatha yoga has traditionally taught that the method for awakening consciousness lies within the Body. In this class we will explore our spanda, the contraction and expansion of life.
YIELD INTO THE SOFTNESS OF YOU
This standing flow features balancing poses that move you through your entire body. Explore how you go into a pose and how you come out of it. This class follows the second principle of Embodied Flow: "Yielding." This is the fundamental bridge uniting the separate self with the whole.
EMBODIED YIN & YANG FLOW
A soft yin and yang class with focus on opening the sides of your body. We will explore the connection between the core and the distal body by tapping in to the system that supports it all- the fascial network. This is based on the third principle of Embodied Flow: "Pathways of Connectivity."
BRING AWARENESS INTO YOUR BODY
To investigate the fourth principle of Embodied Flow: "Articulation and Integration," we will use the system of the muscles. Articulation creates the space for you to more fully inhabit your body. It also helps us find the felt sense of a body part or system. Integration creates the connection to the whole.
FLOWING MOMENT OF PRESENCE
By repeating a sequence of familiar asanas we will experience what it is to embody knowledge in a free flow of the body. Explore the fifth principle of Embodied Flow: "The Streaming of Moment to Moment Consciousness," one flow at a time. You will discover a more authentic self, fully arriving in the next moment and the next...

SPACE FOR CHANGE
Expect a typical Embodied Flow sequence with many playful, dancer-like elements. Thematically we approach the possibility of change that arises when we let go of the old. At the physical level, we put our attention on our joints. Because our joints are connecting links, they make our movements flowing and also represent transitions.
Here we dedicate ourselves completely to our heart space. It's all about connecting you to your very own heart energy and allowing yourself to be carried by it through the class. You can deviate from the sequence at any time. You will also have the opportunity to follow your own personal rhythm at points in this class.
A flowing sequence awaits you in this Embodied Flow class. You will have plenty of freedom to invent your own movements. In doing so, we repeatedly direct our perception towards our largest organ- the skin- which represents a clear dividing line between the internal and external world.
Practice with Anja Bergh
Please note: these classes are in Swedish.
CHANGE YOUR PERCEPTION
In this class, Anja guides you in an attempt to shift perception to listen and practice from the inside. A journey through the entire body where we explore, among other things, whether we can practice from the diaphragm as our center.
In this class we explore the concept of yielding, what it means to set limits and to move from the skin. It's a soft and expansive sequence that starts strong and standing, but mostly is sitting or lying.
FEEL THE SKIN
A little more advanced class for both pregnant and non-pregnant women. The skin is like a suit that follows every movement we make. In this class we tune into the rhythm of our skin - where is it tense and where is it loose?
LEGEND OF GANESHA & THE KING OF GOLD
This story lets us reflect on how wanting more makes us addicted to constant consumption. Outer things are not what satisfy us. The need is always deeper and we find the answer within.
MEDITATION TO DEFINE BOUNDARIES
This is a meditation to define your boundaries, physically and emotionally. Sit comfortably so you can relax completely in the meditative state that allows for an internal exploration.
TWO FAIRY TALES ABOUT SARASWATI
