Embodied Flow Immersions

Embodied Flow Immersions are a 30-50 hour long dive into the realm of methodology, aimed at accessing awareness and presence by cultivating an ever-deepening knowledge of the Self. Immersions are curated with emphasis on different elements. Entry level immersions (Immersion 1) serve as an overview to the systems of the body and principles of Embodied Flow. Advanced immersions integrate Immersion 1 information and place more emphasis on dimensionality and flow. The yin immersion weaves embodied explorations into the fabric of yin yoga. Immersions can count as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the Yoga Alliance, or as an independent experience for your own personal exploration.

Through immersions we access different portals of the body. Our felt sense brings us into the same fullness and aliveness written about in the ancient Tantric texts. We utilize asana, free movement, and meditation to explore both the body systems and their context in the yogic doorway. The aim is that the felt sense of our being guides us directly into the awakened mind space.
